Richard Marshall Jr., a 46-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, was tragically shot and killed on December 14, 2021. The incident occurred near South Tryon Street and Clanton Road, where Marshall was found with a gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department launched an investigation into the homicide.
