On January 31, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Greensboro Police Department officers, along with the Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford County EMS, responded to a reported shooting on Godwin Court in Greensboro, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Jalin Ni'Sean Williams suffering from life-threatening injuries. Despite immediate medical attention, Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
