In the autumn of 2009, the life of 43-year-old Wayne Bolan was tragically cut short in a manner that continues to baffle investigators. On the morning of Saturday, October 10, Bolan was discovered deceased in the back of a Jeep, which was backed into a parking space at Oakland City Park in southwest Atlanta. An iron worker by trade, he was a resident of Dallas, Georgia, where he lived with his girlfriend and their infant daughter.
