Phazeon Harris, an 18-year-old African American male from Atlanta, Georgia, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Harris was found deceased inside a vehicle in the parking deck of 1030 Crown Pointe Parkway in Dunwoody, a suburb of Atlanta.
