In the early morning hours of October 24, 2016, a loud crash shattered the quiet of a Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood. Residents in the vicinity of 3100 W. Pierce Street were startled by the noise and quickly alerted the police. When officers arrived at approximately 4:38 a.m., they discovered a vehicle that had collided with a fence.
