In the winter of 2021, a life was cut short in Phoenix, Arizona, leaving questions in the wake of a sudden and violent event. David Lopez Marcum, a 41-year-old male, was at his residence near 3700 West Puget Avenue on the evening of December 8th when an altercation broke out. The heated dispute escalated tragically, and a firearm was discharged by another individual inside the home.
