Death by Force

On October 23, 2024, at approximately 3:45 p.m., 25-year-old Carlos Leiva was fatally shot in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Oaklawn Avenue, where Leiva was found inside an SUV that had crashed and caught fire. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
