Milton Howard, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Howard was found shot to death on Delta Lake Drive in east Charlotte. The incident occurred during a ride he had booked via a ride-sharing app known as Hood Uber. The driver, who claimed to be the shooter, took to Facebook Live immediately after the incident, stating that he shot Howard in self-defense after Howard allegedly attempted to rob him and sprayed him with mace ...
