Death by Force

On May 20, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., 19-year-old Tristian Loran was discovered deceased inside a vacant apartment at 535 Havemeyer Avenue in the Bronx's Castle Hill Houses. Responding officers found Loran unconscious with head trauma, which was later determined to be consistent with a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services pronounced him dead at the scene.
