Marquis Brewer, a 20-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2014. Brewer was found with gunshot wounds to his torso in front of the Highbridge Houses on Martin Luther King Blvd. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead upon arrival at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
