In the early morning hours of February 3, 2014, the life of 20-year-old Marquis Brewer was tragically cut short in the Bronx, New York. The young man was found with gunshot wounds to his torso in front of the Highbridge Houses on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Emergency services rushed him to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
