On September 29, 2023, 57-year-old Jacqueline "Jackie" Billini was tragically killed in Washington Heights, New York City. While walking her pit bull, Zeus, with her friend, 42-year-old Levaughn Harvin, near West 165th Street and Edgecombe Avenue, the trio was approached from behind by an assailant who fired approximately 12 shots, fatally striking all three.
