On New Year's Eve 2023, Kristine Costantino, a 40-year-old female, was fatally shot inside her Middle Island, New York, apartment on Artist Lake Drive. The incident occurred at approximately 11:27 a.m. during a gathering of five people. A tense verbal exchange escalated between Costantino and another individual, 31-year-old Detrich Emanuel.
