Do you know who killed Traci Lynn Douglass? Traci Lynn Douglass, a 39-year-old woman from Salamanca, New York, was last seen in late January or early February 2007. On September 9, 2009, her skeletal remains were discovered by a fisherman along the west shoreline of the Allegany Reservoir in South Valley, New York. It took nearly two years for investigators to identify the remains through DNA testing. Prior to her death, Douglass had been living near her daughter and aunt, but curiously, she was never reported missing.
