On January 24, 2024, 28-year-old Marlon Clay from Buffalo, New York, was found deceased in the Park View Apartments located at 401 West 4th Street in Jamestown. Responding to a call about an unresponsive individual around noon, Jamestown Police officers discovered Clay's body inside the apartment complex. The Chautauqua County coroner pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities quickly deemed the death suspicious and initiated a homicide investigation.
