In the early morning hours of January 28, 2024, the quiet of an Ithaca, New York, apartment building on Game Farm Road was shattered by a discovery that would leave a family and community searching for answers. Inside his home, 46-year-old Terence L. Johnson, a male resident of the community, was found deceased. The cause of his untimely death was a fatal gunshot wound to the head, a stark act of violence that immediately launched a homicide investigation led by the New York State Police.
