William Schumacher, a 52-year-old resident of Candor, New York, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2016, in Ithaca, New York. Schumacher, who was employed as a UPS driver, was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walmart store in Ithaca. The incident occurred while he was taking a break during his overnight shift.
