In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Syracuse, New York, a distressing call was made to the police. On June 23, 2024, at approximately 10:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of East Fayette Street and Westmoreland Avenue, where they found 23-year-old Jahliek Stewart, a male, lying unresponsive in the street.
