John Ray Mendez, 46, was last seen on July 13, 2006, in San Diego, California. At the time of his disappearance, Mendez was driving a dark green 1997 Honda Accord with California license plates 3VCB600, which has never been located. Mendez was described as 5'8" tall and weighing 175 pounds. He was bald, wore eyeglasses, and had various tattoos, including one of the words "San Diego" on his back.
