In the early morning hours of September 21, 2024, a 17-year-old male named Sincere Emanuel Campbell was fatally shot in the Soundview neighborhood of the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred at approximately 3:25 a.m. in front of 1186 Evergreen Avenue, near the intersection with Westchester Avenue.
