On January 30, 2023, at approximately 11:56 a.m., officers from the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Raford Court, a residential area in St. Louis County, Missouri. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Richod Orlando Paul Sr., a resident of Hazelwood, Missouri, suffering from a gunshot wound. Tragically, Paul was pronounced dead at the scene.
