In the quiet neighborhood of Bellefontaine Neighbors in St. Louis County, Missouri, the morning of January 30, 2023, was shattered by violence. Just before noon, in the 900 block of Raford Court, police responded to a call of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered a young man, identified as 24-year-old Richod Paul, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Mr. Paul, a resident of Hazelwood, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a male. The initial investi ...
