On February 2, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri, 60-year-old Tommy Williams and his 3-year-old daughter, Octavia Williams, were tragically killed in their home on the 5100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Tommy was found in the basement with a gunshot wound to his back, while Octavia was discovered upstairs, having been strangled.
