Death by Force

On March 6, 2023, at approximately 4 a.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of East 35th Street and Prospect Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Ricky Dean Hardy Jr. unresponsive at a bus stop, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he remained in critical condition.
