In the quiet city of Joplin, Missouri, a welfare check on a residence at 1403 E. Broadway Street on the morning of March 22, 2023, led to a grim discovery. Inside, they found the bodies of 44-year-old Jason Shofler and 24-year-old Savannah Bell, both residents of Joplin.
Shofler was a white male who worked as an auto body technician.
