On June 24, 2023, Randy Turner, a 44-year-old resident of Lathrop, Missouri, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident at Spring Lake Beach on Southeast Mohawk Drive. The Clinton County Sheriff's Office received a call about an armed disturbance around 9:25 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies found Turner with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
