On September 17, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to a shooting in the 5700 block of North Jarboe Drive. Upon arrival, they found 34-year-old Wysaun Brown-Cooper unresponsive in the driver's seat of a white Chevrolet Trailblazer, suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.
