On April 30, 2021, Abdurahman Abdulaziz, aged 14, and his 16-year-old brother Abdulwahid Abdulaziz were tragically shot and killed outside their apartment in Kansas City, Missouri. The brothers were returning home from a Ramadan service at their mosque when the incident occurred. The Kansas City Police Department received calls about the shooting around 11:30 p.m., and upon arrival, they found the bodies of the two teenagers outside the apartment building.
