Justin Powell, a 30-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on June 23, 2018. Powell was found dead near the intersection of Linwood Boulevard and Agnes Avenue. He had been driving a Dodge Charger when he was shot and killed. His body was discovered in the driveway of a vacant house in the middle of the block. The Kansas City Police Department responded to a shots fired call in the area and found Powell's body at the scene.
