On November 21, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., 36-year-old Terrell Cunningham was found fatally shot in the 5700 block of South Broadway in St. Louis, Missouri. Cunningham, a resident of Bellefontaine Neighbors, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect, 48-year-old property manager Shane C. Richmond, was arrested shortly after the incident. Richmond reported to the police that he had been investigating a noise disturbance in the apartment building when he encountered Cunningham
