On July 21, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., 62-year-old Robert Allen was found deceased on a porch in the 4800 block of Maffitt Avenue in St. Louis' Kingsway East neighborhood. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the back and was pronounced dead at the scene.
