Shawn Brown, aged 30, was shot and killed on June 22, 2017, in St. Louis, Missouri. His death added to the staggering number of homicides that year, which reached significant levels, making 2017 one of the deadliest years for St. Louis in recent history. Authorities responded to a shooting incident and discovered Brown with gunshot wounds. Despite attempts by emergency responders, Brown succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
