On the afternoon of August 31, 2016, 35-year-old Christopher Dwight Crawford was fatally shot in the Sherman Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. near the intersection of North Kingshighway Boulevard and Highland Avenue.
