On the evening of Monday, April 29, 2024, the O'Fallon neighborhood in North St. Louis became the scene of a violent tragedy involving 26-year-old male Timothy McCuller-Lawson. Just before 6:00 p.m., authorities responded to a shooting call near the intersection of Kossuth and North Newstead avenues. The incident occurred within the 4100 block of North Newstead, a commercial area where law enforcement officers began their investigation into the report of gunfire.
