Dr. Sergei Zacharev, a 58-year-old anesthesiologist from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2021. Dr. Zacharev was born in Minsk, Belarus, and had a distinguished career in the medical field, working at Christian Hospital in north St. Louis County and part-time at Alton Memorial. He was known for his dedication to his patients and his larger-than-life personality.
