On the early morning of May 26, 2024, a chaotic scene unfolded in the Westport Entertainment District of Kansas City, Missouri. Around 1:20 a.m., law enforcement and private security personnel responded to reports of a disturbance near the intersection of Westport Road and Broadway Boulevard. The situation quickly escalated into violence, disrupting the crowded nightlife area.
