On July 14, 2024, 42-year-old Linard Jerome Thomas was fatally shot in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at 417 Broadway, inside a location identified as Soak. Bath. Body. Beauty store. Thomas was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:08 a.m.
