In the summer of 2024, the life of 42-year-old Linard Thomas was tragically cut short in a shooting in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The incident, which occurred on July 14, unfolded inside a vacant storefront at 417 Broadway that was reportedly being operated as an unlicensed club. Thomas was a Black male.
