On the night of September 11, 2024, Kansas City, Missouri, police responded to reports of gunfire in the 4000 block of Norton Avenue around 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered 43-year-old Willie L. Judon III unresponsive on the porch of a residence, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
