In the Academy neighborhood of St. Louis, a burst of gunfire on the afternoon of September 18, 2024, tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Taylor Richards. The incident, which unfolded in a vacant lot in the 5000 block of Kensington Avenue, also claimed the lives of two other individuals and left a fourth person wounded.
