William Joseph Wilkerson, a 20-year-old male from Doniphan, Missouri, was found dead in Ripley County on October 17, 2024. The discovery of his body initiated a homicide investigation by local authorities. Following the recovery of his remains, an autopsy was performed which formally identified him and confirmed the cause of death was a gunshot wound.
