In the late hours of a winter evening in Millville, New Jersey, the sound of gunfire shattered the night's calm. On February 17, 2023, at approximately 10:39 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired in the vicinity of 4th and E Streets. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man lying wounded.
