In the early morning hours of April 7, 2018, the quiet streets of Millville, New Jersey, were shattered by the sound of gunfire. When police responded to the scene on Railroad Avenue, between South 4th and South 5th streets, they discovered the body of 29-year-old Abil K. Hasan. A resident of Penns Grove, Hasan had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene around 1:13 a.m.
