On September 7, 2023, 25-year-old Shanelle O. Stewart of Vineland, New Jersey, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in the 2000 block of Wheaton Avenue in Millville. Authorities discovered her in the early morning hours, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
