In the early evening of January 24, 2024, the life of 20-year-old Nasir Dudley, a Black male from Newark, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. At approximately 6:53 p.m., Newark police were dispatched to the 100 block of Irvine Turner Boulevard following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Dudley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
