On the evening of March 7, 2024, Moses Jalil Cyrano Green, a 22-year-old Black male, was found with a gunshot wound on the 400 block of 14th Avenue in the West Ward of Newark, New Jersey. The incident occurred shortly before 7 p.m. Emergency services arrived at the scene and transported him to University Hospital. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at 7:26 p.m.
