In the early hours of a Monday morning in June 2024, the life of 20-year-old Quashawn Moses of East Orange was tragically cut short by gunfire in Irvington Township. Responding to multiple reports of shots fired at approximately 1:22 a.m., Irvington police officers arrived at a building in the 300 block of 21st Street to a grim scene. There, near the entrance, they discovered the young man suffering from gunshot wounds.
