On a Tuesday night in April 2023, the life of 28-year-old Rayvon Holloway, a male resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On April 11th, at approximately 10:18 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Gay Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Holloway suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
