Robert Morton Booker Jr., a 65-year-old resident of North Dinwiddie, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2023, in a shooting incident that occurred in Petersburg, Virginia. The fatal event took place in the parking lot of a Family Dollar store located at 2075 Crater Road.
