On January 9, 2024, 29-year-old Spencer Sévon Alton James Bartee of Henrico County, Virginia, was fatally shot while driving through the St. Luke's Apartments on Engleside Drive. The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m., when officers responded to reports of a shooting and vehicle crash.
