In the quiet evening of January 9, 2024, tragedy struck in Henrico County, just outside of Richmond, Virginia, forever altering the lives of two families. Spencer Sévon Alton James Bartee, a 29-year-old male, was caught in a burst of violence that left him fatally wounded. The incident, which unfolded on Engleside Drive, also claimed the life of 20-year-old Domonique Swan.
