Death by Force

On April 13, 2015, Mells Gary Mells, age 31, was tragically killed in a shooting that occurred at a home in Savannah, Georgia. He was one of three victims found at the scene, alongside Anderson Mells, age 52, and Johnny Green, age 37. The victims were discovered by police responding to a shots-fired call in the 1200 block of Northeast 36th Street. The case went unsolved for several years until three suspects were arrested in 2021, following a renewed investigation by Savannah authorities.
