Egypt Zapporah Carter, a 23-year-old woman from Burlington, North Carolina, was found shot to death in her gray sedan on February 2, 2024, at approximately 2:10 a.m. in Woodbridge, Virginia. The incident occurred near the Orchard Mills apartments, at the intersection of Bronson Court and Brickwood Drive.
