In the early hours of May 25, 2024, in Waynesboro, Virginia, a violent encounter shattered the lives of three individuals who were once intertwined in a close friendship. Seth Wayne Wallace, a 22-year-old male, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of D Street at approximately 4:18 a.m. He was immediately transported to UVA Medical Center to be treated for his life-threatening injuries.
